Why these tools

Most landlord apps in India are built for PG and hostel owners with hundreds of beds. If you own one flat, or a small building, you need a calculator and a record, not a subscription. Everything here is plain arithmetic you can check, shown the way a tenant will understand it, with the usual Indian practice in mind: rent due on a fixed date, deposits of several months' rent, EB bills in the tenant's name, and a registered agreement.

These tools do not give legal, tax or financial advice. Whether a revision or a deduction is allowed depends on your agreement and your state's rent rules.
